    Based in Cape Town<\/strong>, we built our company on first-hand experience, regional insight, and long-standing relationships with lodges, guides, and conservation partners across Southern and East Africa. What started as a passion for exploring remote reserves, learning from expert rangers, and understanding wildlife movements grew into a dedicated service for travellers seeking honest guidance and exceptional journeys.<\/p>

    Britta first discovered Africa in 2005, and that initial journey marked the beginning of a long and very deliberate commitment. What fascinated her then still shapes her work today: the diversity of landscapes, the closeness to nature, the cultural depth, and the distinctive way travel is experienced across the continent.<\/p>

    Originally from Germany, Britta lives in South Africa and has travelled extensively and worked throughout Southern and Eastern Africa.\u00a0Over more than 20 years, she has built in-depth knowledge of the regions, lodges, routes and on-the-ground details. A significant part of this experience comes from nearly a decade spent working for one of South Africa\u2019s leading luxury tour operators \u2014 a period during which she learned the finer points that truly make a difference to a well-planned journey.<\/p>

    Today, Britta combines this practical expertise with first-hand personal experience. She understands not only the well-known highlights, but also the subtle differences between lodges, travel seasons and routing \u2014 and knows what is realistic, well-balanced and meaningful. This forms the basis for individually designed journeys that are carefully planned while still allowing room for personal discovery.<\/p>
